This website is operated by Everyday Miracles Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Cognicare is a product of Everyday Miracles Limited.

We are registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under UK data protection law. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

What data we collect and why

This website collects personal data in one way only: through the demo request form. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels.

Demo request form

When you submit a demo request, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your job title
• Your organisation name
• The number of homes in your organisation (optional)
• Your work email address
• Any additional information you choose to include in the message field

Why we collect this: to respond to your demo request, arrange a demonstration of Cognicare, and follow up on your enquiry. We will not use this information to add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests — responding to a direct enquiry you have initiated.

How your data is processed and stored

Demo request submissions are processed via Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted securely to Formspree's servers and then forwarded to our email inbox at hello@cognicare.org.uk.

Formspree is a US-based service. Data transfers are covered under applicable data transfer mechanisms between the UK and the United States. You can review Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Once received, your enquiry details are stored in our email system and used solely to manage and respond to your request.

How long we keep your data

We retain demo request enquiries for up to 24 months. If you become a customer, your data will be retained as part of the customer relationship for as long as that relationship continues plus a reasonable period thereafter, in line with our legal obligations.

If you do not become a customer and ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days of your request.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with:

• Formspree — solely for the purpose of transmitting your form submission to us (see above)
• Our team — the individuals at Everyday Miracles Limited responsible for responding to your enquiry

We will not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
